I went to The Stitch and Creative Crafts Show in Malvern today and pretty much bankrupted myself. I am dreading my dear husband finding the bags of goodies that i passed off as "really cheap card blanks....saved myself a fortune...etc, etc" The problem is, even though he isn't remotely intersested in my crafting (I got a burbled "Oh...yeah...s'nice that" when Iwaved this one infront of his nose and i EVEN wait until Top Gear had finished) However, he's not daft and I think that even he might notice that there seems to be alot more clutter than usual.....Has crafting ever wrecked a marriage? Do I need help for what I now admit is an addiction to rubber and clear polymer?! I really will have to calm down now! Got some more (well quite alot more actually) Wild Rose Studio Stamps (I know I rave about them but other stamps are also available!) Mmmmmmmmmm! Nothing has seemed so yummy since I discovered Jon Bon Jovi! I also got a very cute fairy from Stamposaurous (see! Other stamps are available!) Anyway got home and had a little play and here's the result. Icoloured him in promarkers but i'm dying to have a go with watercolour as Ithink he'll come out a treat. Papers are from...any guesses?......Yup (Wild Rose) The apperture was cut with labels somethingorother Nestabilities and the edged inked with Distress ink (peeled Paint), the Vellum behind the apperture and the daisies were stash.
